3D Printer Service & Consulting

We service and repair 3D printers and print farms.  Specializing in machines for the Fused Deposition Modeling process but comfortable with many others.  Looking to find the right machine for your application?  We can help with that too.

If you are trying to figure out how 3D printing can work for your organisation or you are having trouble with part quality or manufacturability we would be happy to help you find the right solution.

Part Design
If you need a model or design to suit an application we can likely make it for you.   3D printing, machining, vacuum forming, casting or for no particular purpose at all.  We will discuss the application with you so that the result matches your needs.  Being able to measure or borrow any mating parts will also aid us in producing the most appropriate design.

We can supply design files in STEP, STL, IGES and others as well as provide technical drawings.

3D Printing

Do you need a plastic doohickey, whatzit, tool, part or widget?

We can help you bring it into reality.

If you already have a 3D model of whatever object you need we will do a suitability assessment where we review the printability of the object and discuss the details of the design with you before sending a quote.

Our maximum bounds for printing are 21x21x30cm but sometimes an object can be assembled from multiple prints.  Very large prints may be more expensive or non-viable depending on printability and dimensional tolerances.
